Our work process
Pre-processing
In this process, we support design by optimizing production, simulating casting, and creating aluminum models, gypsum moulds, and fixtures.
Casting
After the gypsum mold fully dries, intricate details are carefully cast to form the final shape.
Cleaning
After casting, the gypsum mould is removed and the casting system is cut off. The casting is then cleaned of casting system residues and flash.
Quality control
Lastly, when we assemble components such as for example threaded inserts, we measure of the components is carried out according to the customer´s specs.
